docs: add about using package managers - #138

After voidzero-dev/vite-plus#2391 pr was merged, I think we can run pnpm shims directly from vite-plus@>=0.3.1.

Since Vite+ v0.3.1 is released, I've updated README about package managers are available by default and to upgrade Vite+ version. Let me know how this sounds :)
